This tablet app was designed to help field service technicians quickly localize physical connection issues and monitor their resolution with the goal of reducing human errors and delays in servicing the network. Using a design process of breaking down the task, doing research on the subject, some competitive analysis, a user persona, journey map, ideation, site map, wireframes, and mockups I wanted my digital experience to be based on research and thorough thinking of how a field service technician may use it. This project is only completed to a low fidelity mockup as further research and testing would be required to push it to further stages.
